DV Global Link, a Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) and Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) joint-venture company and organiser of the Dubai Optical Show Vision-X (DOSV-X), has announced the signing of a ground-breaking Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ANFAO (Italian Association of Optical Goods Manufacturers).

ANFAO is part of CONFIDUSTRIA, the main association representing manufacturing and service companies in Italy, with a voluntary membership of over 150,000 enterprises of various sizes, employing 5,440,125 people. The MOU provides the opportunity for ANFAO to develop business ties and market presence in MENA and Central Africa for Italian companies. It offers participating Italian companies the chance to increase brand awareness and establish significant business links with Dubai and the wider region in the presence of thousands of regional industry players at DOSV-X. With the show taking place in Dubai, the emirate’s strategic position as a hub for the region’s optical industry will be of great importance to visiting exhibitors. Similarly, the strategic partnership is a big boost for DV Global Link as it highlights the massively encouraging progress of the DOSV-X and its growing reputation, not just in the region, but worldwide.

 

The MOU represents the starting point of a unique B2B platform that would be beneficial to the region’s industry players. Such a major endorsement from ANFAO also underlines DV Global Link’s dedication to guaranteeing the best ROI and business networking for the exhibitors attending Dubai Optical Show Vision-X. As a direct result of the strategic partnership with ANFAO, 20 new Italian exhibitors have already confirmed their participation. Under the guidance of DV Global Link, DOSV-X 2018 continues to go from strength to strength and the MOU with ANFAO is further proof of the progress the event continues to make, just like the new hosted buyers programme, with more than 200 strictly selected international buyers to be hosted in Dubai. The event runs from November 13 to 14 from 10am to 6pm and November 15 from 10am to 5pm
